How I use your information.

When you send a message or request a call, I use the information to reply and understand what you need help with.

What you share

The forms ask for your name, contact details, mortgage topic, and message. You can also share details about your plans and availability. Optional fields can be left blank. I keep a record of when you agreed to the privacy notice and which version you saw.

How it is used

I’m Aathis Panchalingam, a Mortgage Agent Level 1 with 8Twelve Mortgage Corp. I use your details to answer your questions, arrange a call, and keep notes so I can follow up. Sending a form does not apply for a mortgage, give permission for a credit check, or sign you up for marketing.

Where your information is stored

Your message is stored in this website’s database. I access it through a password-protected desk. The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare to run the website and store form submissions. These providers may process information outside Canada. The form does not automatically send your details to a lender or the brokerage’s mortgage application system.

The private desk requires a login. The site also temporarily stores scrambled identifiers and request counts to help block spam and repeated login attempts. These records expire and are cleared as new requests are processed. No website can guarantee complete security. Please do not send ID, account numbers, passwords, or financial documents through these forms.

Your choices

You can call or email instead of using a form. To correct your details, ask what information is kept and for how long, or ask me to stop following up, contact aathis.panchalingam@8twelve.mortgage or 437-669-5723. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal requirements or brokerage policies.
